Also, when I was in labour some of the positions she recommended were super useful! The only sad part was that because of Covid I couldn’t have a face to face class, but Nadia made sure that even as a zoom class, I felt part of the group and she will stop and explain if any question. Lovely eye pillow, lavender scent is natural and the weight is perfect for relaxing. Very comfortable on the eyes. I am very happy with this.
