I have always loved yoga and when I got pregnant I looked for a local teacher and I found Nadia! I took a weekly class with her from week 13... read more to week 40 and it really helped me during my pregnancy, to feel more relax and to keep active. Also, when I was in labour some of the positions she recommended were super useful! The only sad part was that because of Covid I couldn’t have a face to face class, but Nadia made sure that even as a zoom class, I felt part of the group and she will stop and explain if any question. I totally recommend her!

Bought a lovely eye pillow, it's so comfy and beautifully made. I didn't think the extra size would make a difference but it really does. Wonderful customer service also.
