I would highly recommend the classes, I've never done... read more yoga before and that is no deterrent, the pace and movements are perfect for all stages of pregnancy. I'm in my third trimester and I feel relaxed and at ease after each class. Nadia's humour and light-hearteness give the classes the most positive vibe and it's also lovely talking to all the other mams to be.
