When you book a class/event/workshop or make a purchase/attempt to make a purchase on our online shop, we collect the information that you input (which may include your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number, as well as medical conditions/injuries that are relevant to your safe participation in our Yoga classes/workshops/events/courses).
We use the information that we collect from you when you fill in a paper/electronic enrolment form before joining a class/course/workshop/event to screen your suitability to participate in our classes.
We use the order information that we collect on our online shop to fulfil any orders, including processing your payment, arranging shipping and providing invoices, as well as shipping and order confirmations.
For processing online payments, we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on our website and at the checkout (you will see a padlock icon on your browser). This method ensures that all data passed between you and Yoganamara.com is protected. We do not store or retain credit card details once the transaction is completed.

Revolut: If you place an order on our shop and choose to pay via credit card, your card details will be processed by Revolut.com, which is the payment gateway that we use for you to pay for a service/product. Your credit card will be securely processed by Revolut. Revolut’s Privacy Policy and Terms will apply to the information you provide when submitting your credit card details.
We do not have access to, nor do we store, your credit card/bank account details.
MadMimi: We use MadMimi.com as our online email newsletter platform. If you Opt-In and consent to be included in our newsletter subscribers’ list, you acknowledge that your email address will be securely transferred to MadMimi for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
Social media: if you contact us via social media, e.g. Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, you agree to abide by the Privacy Policy and Terms of these providers.
