I am a 30 year old guy who started practising Yoga a year ago. I was suffering from back pains and after just one month attending the class, I realized that it was the right class for me. My teacher looked after me diligently and with great patience. I would have never imagined that after a year I would have reached such a level of physical wellbeing. I strongly recommend Yoganamara classes to those who, like me, suffer from back pains, those who are in a stressful job or those who are simply looking for a weekly diversion.
I have been looking to find a yoga class which suits my needs and I'm glad to say I've eventually found it! Within the class we work on flexibility, posture through various poses and the all important relaxation. The setting is beautiful and our instructor Nadia is very professional and makes the classes really enjoyable.
I love my Friday morning yoga class with Nadia. I feel so relaxed yet energised afterwards. Nadia is a terrific teacher and makes time for each student. I'd highly recommened this class.
After attending for only a few months, I have found that my flexibility and balance have definitely improved, which has also helped my golf game.
Having joined Nadia's Yoga classes as a beginner this term, I very much enjoy the classes so far under Nadia's excellent tuition, clear and concise direction. The classes are very enjoyable and I must admit I leave the classes feeling relaxed and with a good sense of well being. I would highly recommend Nadia as a Yoga teacher.
