Description
Yoga by candlelight in Lusk is a special event to bring us together before Christmas. The event is suitable for all*
There are two dates to choose from:
- on Friday 15 December at 19:00 – 21:00
- or on Sunday 17 December at 17:00 – 19:00
in the wonderful settings of the Community Cultural Centre in Lusk.
We will explore Yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques for wellbeing. At the end of the practice, will come together for tea, home made biscuits and a chat :-)
*in case of mobility restrictions, injuries or medical conditions that make it strenuous to come from a sitting/lying down position to standing and viceversa, please contact me on 087 9927933 before booking a space, thanks.
Please make sure to book your spot on our Yoga by candlelight in Lusk event sooner rather than later, as spaces are limited.
What you will need for class:
- a non slip Yoga mat
- one or two small/medium cushions or Yoga blocks
- a blanket
- a soft, not stretchy belt (a Yoga belt or something like a dressing gown belt will do)
- water is optional

Terms & Conditions
As spaces on the Yoga by candlelight event in Lusk are limited, I do require advance booking and payment in order to secure a spot. Once you pay for the event, this cannot be carried over/ exchanged or refunded if you can’t make it on the day.
Arriving late will disrupt the class, please be considerate of other participants and your teacher and be on time. Arriving late may result in not being admitted to the class whilst still being charged for it.
