Online Yoga classes for all.
Online Yoga classes from Ireland: live and interactive, group size is small so that I can see, give feedback and interact with each participant as well as facilitate interaction amongst attendee.
It is possible to join one of my group classes or, if you prefer, I also run private one to one sessions as well as corporate Yoga classes.
Everybody can attend, both people new to the discipline and those who have been practising for a while. I have been practicing Yoga for over 21 years and worked with people of all abilities and stages in life.
You can join from the comfort of your home. You don’t need to purchase any expensive equipment: a quiet corner, a non slip mat, comfortable clothes, a couple of cushions and a blanket and you are good to go :-)
General classes are available as well as pregnancy & postnatal Yoga and chair Yoga.
Chair Yoga is ideal in case of mobility restrictions that make it difficult to sit/lie down on the floor. We can also adapt some of the posture work so that it can be done from a chair, which is also a great option for office workers.

The online Yoga classes, were born out of necessity, during the pandemic in 2020. They have proven popular and I decided to continue to offer them. I have received great feedback and you are welcome to have a look at the lovely reviews that former participants left on Google Reviews. Terms & Conditions
All classes need to be booked and paid for in advance, a minimum of 6 hours notice is required for in person classes and 1 hour for online classes.
Arriving late will disrupt the class, please be considerate of other participants and your teacher and be on time. Arriving late may result in not being admitted to the class whilst still being charged for it.
Once purchased, a prepaid drop in class or a course (such as, but not limited to, Pregnancy/Prenatal Yoga, Postnatal Baby Friendly Yoga, 6 week general Yoga courses) is not refundable.
Please note that if you miss a prepaid and pre-booked class (either a drop in or a class which is part of a course), this cannot be carried over. In exceptional cases, solely at the discretion of the teacher, and subject to class and space availability, a catch up Online Yoga class may be offered in lieu of the missed class.
