Eye Pillow handmade in Ireland for Relaxation, Yoga, Sleep aid, Headache/Migraine management, with Lavender & Flaxseed .

How do we make our eye pillows

100% cotton pillow and pillow case with flaxseed and lavender flowers filling, an unscented option is available too (please add a note to your order if you prefer the unscented version).

We use high quality quilting cotton for the cover, which is removable & washable (please make sure not to wet the inner pillow as this would spoil the flaxseed filling).

How do our eye pillows work

The pillow is slightly wider than standard eye pillows, we don’t to overly fill it, as this allows you to shape the flaxseed filling so that the pillow moulds perfectly to the contours of your face.

The pillow blocks out the light and provides a gentle pressure over the eyes and forehead, inducing a state of relaxation. It can also provide relief from headache/migraine or stress. Many people use eye pillows to soothe tired eyes after hours of computer work. They can also be used during a Yoga practice, whilst lying down in the relaxation pose of savasana, or as an aid to prepare for sleep.

These little eye pillows would make a lovely gift.

CHAIR Yoga in Lusk, Tue 11:00-12:00, from 24/2/26 drop in classes

Chair Yoga in Lusk, our next block of classes is starting on Tuesday 24 February 2026, 11:00-12:00.

This is a wonderful alternative for those who can’t get on the floor to do a traditional Yoga. If you can’t sit/ lie down on a mat or get fatigued by standing for longer periods of time, this class maybe be a good option for you. It may also suit those who are recovering from injury/surgery.

You will learn Yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques for wellbeing from the comfort of a chair.

To reserve your space please contact me on 087 9927933 to book thanks.

Please make sure to book your spot on our Yoga in Lusk morning classes sooner rather than later, as spaces are limited.

What you will need for class:

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely
Please bring a pair of extra socks, particularly during the winter months, we practise without shoes, if that is an option for you

Terms & Conditions

You need to book and pay for a course in advance. In-person classes require a minimum of 6 hours notice, while online classes require 1 hour notice.

Please show consideration for other participants and your teacher by being on time. Arriving late will disrupt the class.

Once you purchase a prepaid drop-in class or a course this is non-refundable.

Please note that if you miss a prepaid and pre-booked class (whether it’s a drop-in or part of a course), you cannot carry it over. In exceptional cases, the teacher may offer a catch-up Online Yoga class instead of the missed class, at their sole discretion and subject to space availability.
